Ian exceeded my expectations of what he could do for me in our session. before i’d even left the session i’d identified as a non smoker and i woke up the next day feeling like a completely new person. smokes smell different, i don’t have a pull to them and they just feel like “nothing” now. aside from that he is kind and intelligent and great at explaining the complexities of the mind in simple terms. thank you so much ian you’ve truly changed my life
