Definitely recommend Hampshire hypnotherapy, they did wonders for me, such kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable people. I finally feel like me again, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart x

Sue was friendly, understanding and very professional and I felt very at ease in their comfortable, modern surroundings. She said she could help me and did my first of three sessions straight after the consultation. I remember feeling sleepier and sleepier and hearing every work she said but when she brought me back out of the session I found I couldn’t remember much at all but I certainly felt revitalized and refreshed. Over the next few weeks I noticed that I was taking my time while eating my meals (putting my knife and fork down between each mouthful). I wasn’t snacking between meals but I was really enjoying what I was eating when I felt hungry enough to eat. And what a strange sensation hunger is when you haven’t felt it in a long time of overeating! Weight Loss client – Mrs TW Southampton

I would highly recommend Hampshire Hypnotherapy. I was some what skeptical to start but I am definitely a convert! Food has been my enemy for as long as I can remember but now I feel I have more control, able to recognise signals and can act on them! It is not a quick fix but more of a fully supported life change. Worked for me!

As a result of successfully becoming a non smoker, through hypnotherapy with James back in January this year, I thought I would have nothing to lose by trying it out to see if it would help with adjusting my attitude to food too. The stop smoking was just one session but Sue explained that as even 'naturally slim people' still need to eat, the approach this time would be weekly sessions for 4 weeks or so. At the 1st session I was given a few rules to follow 'consciously', and the hypnosis sessions then focussed on the sub conscious side. It is now just over 4 weeks since my 1st session with Sue. Happy to say there is 7lb less of me so far, but more importantly my attitude to food has changed and I have become more attuned to how I feel after different types of food. I still get hungry and still think about what I want to eat for my next meal, but I find I am choosing to wait a while until I eat and making better choices.
