We went for lunch pre cruise it was our wedding anniversary on the day and the staff had put lovely gold stars over the table which was a lovely touch. had the calamari was was fantastic beautifully cooked and not chewy at all. the sunday lunch was excellent very tasty vegetables and gravy, my husband beef ragu was also excellent. very friendly staff and very good wine. would highly recommend .
This is a very cosy boutique hotel with only 10 rooms on the first floor above the italian restaurant. fantastic location as it's very close to the ocean terminal and red funnel terminal. there is no lift for heavy cases but friendly service by reception.
Wonderful place to eat. it's expensive but you get what to pay for. pleasant atmosphere, flendly yet professional service, and delicious, freshly made food. please, bring back the mushroom and truffle stuffed pasta!
Excellent scallops, fish and bruschetta. we were less keen on the burrata which was a bit dominated by the grilled peaches and £15 for just 3 oysters! that said, all other prices reflected the quality of the food. there was a relaxed but formal atmosphere and all the staff were attentive and friendly. would visit again.
Made a last minute booking pre cruise, checked in to be pleasantly surprised, lovely welcome, nothing to much trouble, great position, one mile to cruise terminal. room spacious and clean. highly recommend.
