I have had the best experience with Ernest Jones. I chose to propose during lockdown, and they bent over backwards to let me in to West Quay to view the ring through the window of the shop! They couldn't have been more helpful. Since then, me and my fiancée have chosen our wedding rings in store with the outstanding assistance from Liam and Ella. In fairness, I think I have been assisted by every single employee at some point over the past 2 years! I can't recommend them enough. Fantastic service. 👌
