Laings

Well what can we say about the the service we have received from Laing's and especially Chloe Harris. Apart from they made the whole experience a joy. Although we weren't purchasing the most expensive product in their range, Chloe made us feel like the only customers in the shop, she took time and care to get to know us and especially what type of design my partner wanted and her customer service was fantastic. Her dedication to us was one of the main reasons we made the purchase. We left happy to the point we made sure we returned to buy the wedding ring to match a few months later. Chloe is really a credit to your company and takes customer service to another level. We can't speak highly enough of our experience. Thank you so much Chloe and Laing's.

After visiting Laings on Sunday I was lucky enough to purchase a Rolex for my husband, to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary. Jake the young gentleman who looked after us was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and made the experience very memorable. He also sent an email on the day of our anniversary wishing us a lovely day. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Laings will always be our first place for that something special. Thank you.

I went to Laings Southampton a couple of weeks ago, to look at Rolex watches. What a really helpful team they were. Really knowledgeable about the subject. I tried on various watches and coupled with the advice given I was able to make an informed decision which was different from my original thoughts walking into the shop. They even made me a cup of coffee which was a pleasant surprise. GREAT SERVICE and much appreciated.

Amazing experience, Kay supported us in making the decision to replace a very broken engagement ring and add a eternity ring which was the reason for the visit to the shop. At no point did we feel pressured, she gave us privacy when required to discuss options. We were made to feel very welcome being given refreshments through out also. We will recommend and be back in the future for other jewellery purchases.

I visited Laings of Southampton today and I must say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed and everyone was very attentive and extremely professional. Stewart was very knowledgeable and I had a long chat with him about the watch brands Laings stock and about the new store which is due to open soon. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone with such a high standard of professionalism. Even though I didn't make a purchase today, I definitely will in the near future and I'm looking forward to visiting your new store when it opens. Thank you for a great experience.
