Shoots to Roots Gardening Services

Matt at shoots to roots garden services was recommended to me by some neighbours, and i’m so glad they did. matt arranged a meeting, turned up on time and then spent a good time with us to fully understand what we wanted, and to set out a plan moving forward that would sort everything out for us. what my wife and i liked best was how matt talked us out of doing bits until after the winter, recommending only the work that was absolutely necessary to prepare us for the spring. matt and his extremely knowledgeable team turned up and completed everything we agreed on. this included pruning, weeding of boarders, and some expert tree surgery reducing the height of a very large fir tree. matt and his team left the garden completely clear of rubbish and even went the extra mile to cut into logs and stack the massive amount of wood from the fir tree, leaving me the easy job of splitting. not only that but the following day matt turned up to cover the flower beds with mulch which he had recycled from the fir tree. i can’t recommend matt and shoots to roots gardening services highly enough, and look forward to enjoying the benefits of their professional gardening and landscaping work on an ongoing basis in 2022 and beyond.

What a great company. from our first meeting matt demonstrated his horticultural knowledge which gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. guy clearly had a passion for all things nature and left the garden in a suitable state to welcome all types of creatures. they continued to check with me so that any issues could be resolved at the time - there were none! it was a pleasure to have them around the house. they were very personable and easy to chat with over options. i would certainly recommend them to anyone and will be inviting them back to do another garden. many thanks to you and the rest of the lads.

Matt and his team did a fantastic job clearing my garden. from the initial consultation it was clear that they were very knowledgable, and upon receiving a competitive quote the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. i wouldn't hesitate to use them again. highly recommended !

Matt 's team did an amazing job and also the two guys that came were friendly and polite. came on time and tidy up after. leaving my front, back and side of the garden looking excellent. would highly recommend matt company. they are prompt and give good advice, very reasonable price. will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

Matt and his team have done an incredible job on our garden. it looked like an overgrown jungle before they started! they explained clearly to us what they would need to do, and put together a plan, with costings. they cleared all our borders of weeds, advised us which plants would grow best in those soil conditions, and sourced those plants for us. they planted the new plants, and laid mulch in all of the borders so that we could enjoy a low maintenance garden. they cleaned the patios and drive and even cleared out the guttering of weeds. they really have done an incredible job. we can feel proud of our garden again and be able to enjoy it. we found them so personable and polite, and incredibly skilled and efficient. they were very hard-working and conscientious, and competitively priced. we intend to continue with their services to enable us to now maintain the garden. would not hesitate to recommend them.
