Great place for learning martial arts
I love the variety of classes and activities here, the gym is good, and staff are helpful and friendly. it has everything you need, showers are clean and spacious great place to come and keep yourself fit!
Very friendly staff. good selection of courses with engaging instructors. clean. nice changing room and showers. ample parking. not too crowded. good personal feel and connections. gym and exercise rooms too cold.
