Couldn’t recommend more! Locked myself out of the house, Jay arrived quickly and got the door open in no time. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, and gave some tips for the future as well. Well priced too with no hidden fees.

I stupidly got myself locked out of my flat last night as i left my keys inside🫨. Jay came around at midnight to one am and done the job fast and efficiently. He was done within ten minutes of parking his van. Amazing service, lovely and friendly. Thankyou again Jay!

Had Jay attend to replace a lock, he adjusted the door, replaced the lock and even fixed an issue with our front door and took measurements for new handles to order in at no extra cost. As Jay said so modestly said “he’s good at his job” which I cannot disagree with! Definitely recommend to anyone, friendly, helpful and honest which is a rare commodity into todays world! Thank you

After an unfortunate incident of locking my garage key inside my car, which was inside the locked garage 🙈🙄 Andy phoned me back on a Sunday and got me booked in for the next day. (Quoted £65 call out fee rather than £95 for the Sunday) both quotes were much cheaper than other local locksmiths had already quoted me, and they were whacking VAT on top of that. The man who came out to do the job was friendly, helpful and professional, also took every precaution not to damage the garage door in any way. Had to put a new lock on, but this only cost an extra £25. So £90 total cost. I was quoted £234 elsewhere. Very grateful for the very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

J was brilliant, sorted put my warped wooden front door that was having difficulties locking properly. He fitted the yale I'd bought early in the week and couldn't get right, then also sorted out the chubb deadlock that had not been working at all for a while ! Superb job. Very professional.
