I have been working with arty weekly for almost 6 months. i first went to him for help with acute lower back pain and he fitted me in very quickly. since then we’ve worked on various aspects of my physical and mental health, wellbeing and energy. i have seen improvements in a number of areas, correcting the back pain that has been plaguing me for years and my poor posture from a few decades of sitting at a desk all day, as well as working on gut health and learning about how it’s all linked together. i feel stronger, sleep better, move more, eat better and i have lost weight without the soul destroying diets that i have been on for years! arty’s is a truly holistic approach and an active partnership from which you will reap multiple benefits if you’re willing to put in the work.

Fully recommend this clinic to anyone looking to feel good again!! i have suffered with pain in most of my upper body for some years now due to bad posture & overworking the same muscles for too long…arty is great at what he does & within a few sessions i’ve started to see the benefits of the massage & exercises he has given me to do at home!! my pain hasn’t gone completely but this clinic has helped a lot & my working day is a lot more comfortable 👍🏻
