Bensons for Beds Southampton

Mattress is lovely, bed frame is noisy but nice looking. Delivery service was woeful and they didn't tell us we would have to build the bed from scratch! They couldn't get the headboard upstairs but me and wife managed. Poor effort really.

Jack was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly & patient with all our questions. Walked in slightly negative, but left with confidence about the products, our options & what our next steps were. Jack listened to what we were after & showed us options that would solve/assist our sleep issues. Brilliant service & already getting a better nights sleep! Thank you x
