I had phoned ahead to Dreams Southampton and mentioned the bed I was interested in. On my arrival, Rima greeted me like a friend. I was immediately offered a hot drink and taken straight to the bed, which she remembered I had enquired about. I was offered pillows to trial the mattresses. An excellent balance of expert advice and leaving me with time to trial the mattresses. Everything was explained very clearly, included finance options. Brilliant, friendly service which led to me purchasing a new bed and mattress.

Been there a couple weeks ago and very good service by offering us free sleeping analysis. Although we didn’t get suitable bed and mattress, we found suitable ones on their website! Good bed brand!
