Claire was extremely helpful today, giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision to purchase the perfect mattress. the bed to match our perfect mattress was particularly useful but the offer of drinks sealed the deal!! thank you claire!

Went in to do the sleep match to find out what firmness of mattress best suits me. was greeted by carl, who was very friendly and professional, with a great knowledge of their products. i ended up getting a mattress and bed frame. carl also helped to find the perfect delivery date for me, as i work shifts it can be very awkward to arrange. would recommend to anyone.

We needed a bed for our new house and had a lovely experience today with james at hedge end. we ended up buying an ex display bed and i really felt he went the extra mile to give us the bed that fitted our brief. we had to take the bed home that day and as the forecast was for rain he kindly wrapped it up for us to put on our roof rack. end to end experience was great. i will be back to get the next bed for our spare room .

I visited your hedge end store on saturday august 26th 2023 to research buying a double mattress and a small double bed and mattress for my spare bedroom. i was met by james who was welcoming, polite amiable and extremely helpful, clearly entirely knowledgeable about dreams stock. i was invited to the diagnostic process area which determined the correct type of mattress to suit me. james then talked me through the options taking in to account my financial requirements pointing out the benefits of each mattress. my informed choice made, i then needed to choose a small double bed for the spare room. the choice was easy - exactly what i was looking for. the 20% discount was applied to all my purchases -beds, pillows and mattress protectors with which i am absolutely delighted. additionally james was able to offer a late delivery date as my house is being renovated and will not be ready for a few months. james was exceptionally helpful throughout and is an asset to your team. the service i received made a refreshing change! many thanks, ruth phillips
