I have recently used Standford Mortgages to get my first time mortgage and was extremely pleased with the professional and efficient service. Martin Goble was very good at explaining the whole process and was always available for any questions or worries that I had. Would definitely recommend their services.

The team as a whole at Stanford were fantastic, we were so impressed by selling of the property we put an offer on, we decided to also sell our flat with them. They kept us in the loop of what was going on, and we got the exact price we wanted for our sell. Martin the mortgage advisor at Stanford’s was fantastic, such an approachable guy and helped not only to find the best mortgage for us but also supported us to reduce to cost of additional payments such as income protection we are paying a lot for, we are very grateful for his support.

Dealing with Stanford and there on site mortgage broker was brilliant. The estate agents always got back to me and the meetings I had with Martin the broker were professional and friendly always offering the best advice and if I had any worries he didn’t mind me calling to just ask. As it was my first time buying a property I was nervous and wanted to make sure I was making the correct decisions and Martin, Brad John and others really did make everything feel effortless. Would definitely use again in the future!

The team is extremely courteous, professional, and I had no issues with the purchase of my first house. They are all very helpful and supportive. My contact with Martin, Emma and Tim was excellent and also the others helped me a lot. Stanford, as the middle party, guided the communication and negotiations with great care and patience since this was not a straight-forward purchase. I would recommend this to anyone.
