Outstanding customer service the best experience I’ve ever had with a company made me feel welcome and really helped me the team went out of their way especially Eleanor amazing lady couldn’t thank her enough I wouldn’t go anywhere else now the team are fantastic and always there to help ❤️

Went in their looking for my first ever pair of glasses not knowing anything at all. Had loads of questions answered, felt great that I attained some knowledge about glasses and my vision. Kane in there deserves some appreciation for his great support. Helped me allot in giving advice about what to look for in glasses and my vision. Answered all the questions I had and gave me some great advice.

Was fitted for new glasses today having been coming here for years. Customer service is always impeccable. In particular the front of house service from someone with red hair who's been there full time for as long as I can remember.

Great Experience while visiting the opticians today. the optician took his time with me and helped me out and got me out a jam. it’s worth noting that I was a visiting customer with no chance of return custom as I live in Scotland. Nevertheless, the optician took his time with me like I was a customer of many years. Couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper Gentleman!

Do not even hesitate to get your glasses and contact lenses here. Jason helped me pick the best frame. Amazing service and care. He patiently showed me all the frames and made very good suggestions. Also, Jeremy was wonderful with my contact lens consultation and fit. Amazingly patient. Jeremy spent so much time explaining everything and making sure I had all the info. A highly recommended optician.
