Helpful staff, with the lady helping getting the time to answer questions paused by my son, very openly and without being dismissive. fixed loose glasses as we were in for a new prescription. thank you.

I had a problem with my left ear and made an appointment with james the hearing specialist. i was warmly greeted and got some good advice too. i was expecting to pay for the treatment but he advised me to try self treatment at home first. i was really impressed by his response and i would thoroughly recommend this store to anyone else. top marks!

My mum needed new glasses after cataract operations,& she has used leightons for years, & is always pleased with thier service & the glasses. she is 89 & in a wheelchair, quite deaf even with hearing aids in (better hearing aids is the next thing) the optician was so kind, patient, spoke slowly & upped his volume to suit mum. very efficient & quick considering the difficulty. explained everything clearly & what would be best for mum. fitting was very professional & relaxed we had a few giggles, & so easy as he listened to what mum wanted & brought glasses to her taste & that suited her, she picked the very first pair she tried on. all in all a very pleasant visit will definitely be going back again.

Very professional & friendly service. they were very good with my 89 year old mum, who needed a new pair of glasses after her cataracts had been removed. and who is a bit deaf even with hearing aids, they raised thier voice so she could hear them, very patient & efficient. mum came away very happy having been helped to choose a lovely new pair of glasses.
