Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Southampton

Good service mostly, but didn't always understand what they were saying. Pleased with my glasses though, got 2pairs.

I love my glasses. They are pretty and fit well. I had to come back a few times to adjust my glasses and the staff was very helpful, patient and polite.

Went in today to finally purchase new glasses after 3 years with the same style. I’m very reluctant to changing my glasses but I had a lovely lady who assisted me called Khansaa. She made me feel super confident with my choice and comfortable. She is vibrant and helpful with her customer service skills and I left happy😊

This store has improved their customer service since last time I was there (two years ago). The new staff (including the assistant manager) are knowledgeable with the detail and focus with promoting customer satisfaction. I hope they keep improving and providing well trained/qualified team.
