Craig is very professional, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to find out where the rodents were getting into my house investigating cellar, loft and outside. He found a hole in the brickwork and covered it up and caught 2 rats in his trap in the loft. I would definitely recommend his services. I now feel safe for the foreseeable future!
