I can highly recommend kirsty for how proffesional she is. our ,,aggresive,, and hard to groom dog (this is what was told before by other groomers) was fully looked after by kirsty. after a few years of home washing, my dog ​​came back beautiful! fully pampered! we missed that a lot. kirsty is a very professional person and has a friendly approach to the pet and owner. thank you very much for such a wonderful job! we will be back soon definitely!

Booked for a home visit for cat's claw clipping as it's a nightmare taking my cat anywhere, she gets so stressed. she was absolutely fine! we were done in just a few minutes and my cat didn't get upset. i would definitely recommend 'trixie & bess' and will be coming back.

We recently took our long haired cat to trixie and bess for a groom. the service that kirsty provides is very professional and friendly. she was clearly very knowledgeable and did a thorough job, all whilst keeping our cat calm and happy. would definitely recommend and will be back again in the future.

Had our first ultrasonic teeth clean last night. am frankly amazed at the difference in one treatment. have block booked and booked every 8 weeks until early next year already. poppy was full of beans when i picked her up and clearly unphased and to think the vets wanted £500 and a general anasthetic for her on our last check up. in 24hrs i have already recommended 2 more people to come and see kirsty and will surely be telling others too. if you want a pup with an ultrabright smile (those of a certain age with remember those adverts) i recommend trixie and bess!! 😁😎 i wish i had before and after photos to share!! you would not believe the difference!
