I presented with debilitating neck and shoulder pain. shephard first assessed the situation professionally and ruled out any serious neurological cause. he then provided some physical manipulation, to ease the pain, as well as some exercises to relieve and strengthen the area. subsequent sessions saw great improvement. i am very happy with the service shepard provided and recommend him highly.

Shep is a good and knowledgeable physio who has really helped me with a very painful back strain. the improvement thanks to him has been remarkable. he saw me at very short notice, quickly diagnosed things and started treatment. i am very pleased and would certainly recommend shep.

Shepherd has been particularly helpful with both mine and my husbands physio needs. he is both incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and pleasant and understanding to talk to about our problems. we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Excellent treatment by simona - she identified the cause of my pain quickly and has treated it effectively reducing the pain level from 4/10 down to 1/10 within a couple of weeks of treatment. really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from sam and the head office. have noticed significant improvement from just one session. wishing sam all the best on his travels but will definitely be back for a follow up with one of his colleagues!
