I have to leave this review to give a fair representation of Mr Horlock. I had my surgery 20 months ago. I saw him 3 times before my surgery so that I could talk through any concerns and as not to rush into anything, he told me my options and I chose what was right for me with no presure. My results are amazing and I couldn't be happier. I was very shocked at how attentive the after care was, I just assumed once they had your money that was it.but that's not the case at all he and the nurses and his secretaries were amazing I couldn't fault my experience at all.

Excellent from start to finish, Nigel Horlock was informative, honest and professional, I felt like he had my best interests from every aspect in mind, giving me the best advice. I didn’t feel rushed and this gave me time to make the best choices on what was best for me, this by far was the best decision I’ve ever made, he’s changed my life and given me so much confidence. I have previously used other surgeons for Blepharoplasty and can honestly say Mr Horlock sets himself apart, with his precision, ability and unbelievable thorough aftercare. He refuses to engage unless he has seen you at least twice to ensure his agreement to perform a procedure is the right, most suitable and beneficial outcome. A very experienced, conscientious and capable plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I am overjoyed with my results

I had a septorhinoplasty and a lesion removal by Mr Horlock at Southampton Spire hospital. From the first consultation through to the after care, I have felt at ease, well informed and cared for. The planning was very sensible and the results are amazing. It has made a big difference for my self confidence. My only regret is not doing it years before.
