Friendly, straight talking and efficient. i contacted les regarding the installation of a vented roof tile to enable the connection of an extractor fan. les happily obliged and visited a short time later with the required tile. he made short work getting up to the 2nd floor roof and was finished in no time at all. his pricing was fair and he even gave me some pointers about possibly re-lining my roof in future. i would happily recommend him to anyone.
