Contacted the company via email and responded quickly. Given a quote and paid over the phone for next day collection. I liked the fact that they had read and taken note of details in my email and offered a morning collection which was excellent. The crew were friendly and professional and even took an extra item as they were able to squeeze this in on the van. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company! We needed an office cleared of furniture including taking all the furniture apart. The team called giving their arrival time, were polite, very helpful and cleared away everything quietly and carefully. Would highly recommend.

I have used zero waste a couple of times for end of tenancy clear outs. I would highly recommend, They gave me a 2hr window for arrival, called me 30 mins before arrival and nothing was too much when the guys turned up. They cleared everything in a super speedy time and even swept up before they left. Great service and will be using again.
