I purchased some Crocs in Southampton branch of Schuh but found 2 weeks later they were 2 different sizes, I called to ask if I could change them, and the call was answered and dealt in such a happy, positive manner, I took them back to be exchanged, and the staff were extremely polite and very very helpful Thank you so much for such excellent customer service.

Had a lovely assistant called Rubie help me chose a pair of shoes that worked for me. She really put herself in my shoes (pardon the pun) and made sure that they were the right fit for me. Wonderful service, would start here at Schuh next time I need some new ones.

Placed an order online, received Schuh own branded shoes which lasted less than 3 weeks, not a great start! Used your live chat, very helpful, directed me to attend a store. I was pleased to find the West Quay branch open until 20:00, and I was even more pleased to find the manager there completely customer focused, not only did she approach the issue professionally & politely, she also furnished me with the best solution, a pair of DM’s which will last far longer…… we think! 😁 Highly recommend this store, & her team! Will be coming back again & again because of how my issue was dealt with, really refreshing piece of customer service! Many thanks Charlie & your team

I had a lovely assistant called Molly to help me choose a pair of crocs when I had no idea what I wanted. She really made sure I liked my shoes before buying and also double checked everything to make sure I had the perfect shopping experience. Good service from a young girl who was clearly good at her job. Good choice of school shoes and a surprise purchase from wifey. Busy but good choice and not bad pricing.
