eforea Spa

Went at 2pm on a Friday I was greeted by a lovely lady who showed me around and where everything is. It was really quiet and relaxing only ever about 6/8 people in the spa at the time I was there for 4 hours. The pools were not really warm but comfortable and plenty of herbal teas and water avaliable. One steam room out of order and the jet steam room was intermittent one min it was working and then half hour later it wasn't working at all. Over all a really good first experience to the spa and will definitely look to unwind here again in the future. Not sure I would brave it at the weekend as it is only a small spa and anymore than 10 people I think would feel crowded and noisy.

Great spa and lovely treatment but very small we went on a normal monday. I couldn't imagine it on a evening or weekend when busy. This is great for a couple or small group during a working day when spa will be quiet. Tiny pool, but nicely warm, water jets in pool hit n miss n quite weak, fine though when not crowded. Minimal loungers round the pool. Only 4 heated mosaics bed and deep relax room has just 2 pods. Foot spa very like warm and lack luster, only 2 and last bout 3min then have wait to drain before re starting. Lunch was very limited but fresh and ok, nice cakes and sponges and hot drinks throughout. Massages were lovely couldn't fault them. Shame cakes and snacks only at lunch and not out for duration of stay given overall cost.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Great place to wind down. Staff were excellent and the lunch buffet was delicious. My full body massage was exactly what I needed, she was so kind and communicated with me on exactly what I liked.

Honestly, I had the most wonderful, relaxing day at eforea spa today. My sister and I went for the Balance Package, which included a morning in the spa, lunch, and we had our 90-minute treatment in the afternoon. The massage was perfect. Thank you Chloe! All the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the experience so nice. I would definitely go again.

I tried many different spa and massage in Southampton and I can tell you for sure Eforea is the best one. They have very good and clean spa facilities. I tried two times massaging there and both was really good and relaxing. Also the spa was not very busy and you can used all the facilities. They have a small cafe inside the spa area and you can have some drinks during your visit. Staff are very nice and helpful. Massage room was so clean and comfortable.
