Argento Steakhouse

Very good food; I ordered the trio of steak which was great quality and amazing value for money, although the diane sauce was not at all good. However, my wife had ordered the chimichurri sauce and that was great. The atmosphere, however, is noisy and more akin to a dining hall than a restaurant. Bright lights, long tables and very noisy chatter means this is the antithesis of a romantic venue. This is a shame because the food is very good and the potential is there for a great restaurant.

Wanted some spare ribs and found this by happenstance, and boy, were we glad we did. Friendly staff, and the food...oh my gosh. The ribs were fantastic, and the chips were just heavenly. Do yourself a favour, go and have a meal. You won't be disappointed.

Pleasant atmosphere (although we were the only guests in the restaurant for a little while during the quiet hour!), delicious steaks cooked to blue and medium rare as requested. Squid and crayfish starters were so lovely! This was our first time dining here but I’d definitely recommend. Hope to return again soon to try other items on the menu😋

For us the food was cooked perfectly. However, everything was under seasoned. The chicken was just thrown into the paella with almost no taste in it. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly but can use a bit more salt IMO. The sample meat platter was also cooked perfectly but as you can see it left a lot of empty space on the dish which made it look lacking. Also the service could be a bit more tentative. The best thing we had was the roasted season potatoes. Sweet baby potatoes, and galicy season herbs and roasted just right.
