This was the first storage facility that i ever used and a great one at that. the whole team, gareth, james and annabel, was so helpful and accomodating. any queries that i had were quickly answered and any ridiculous requests of mine fulfilled as much as possible. i highly recommend this service for anyone in need of decently priced and well staffed storage.

I live in somerset and booked a space at southampton as an easy stepping stone onto our new home, waiting for completion. all staff are outstandingly helpful and supportive especially accommodating our changing needs. they also highlighted special deals and how to achieve them. top team!

I really appreciated renting a storage locker here while i travelled home for the summer. getting in and out is very smooth. it is very secure. i also love the after-hours option, and appreciate that there is a guard there guarding the facility at that time. absolutely perfect + peace of mind. also, james the store assistant was very kind and patient throughout the process. hands down, 5-star experience. thank you cubic storage.
