This was the first storage facility that I ever used and a great one at that. The whole team, Gareth, James and Annabel, was so helpful and accomodating. Any queries that I had were quickly answered and any ridiculous requests of mine fulfilled as much as possible. I highly recommend this service for anyone in need of decently priced and well staffed storage.

I live in Somerset and booked a space at Southampton as an easy stepping stone onto our new home, waiting for completion. All staff are outstandingly helpful and supportive especially accommodating our changing needs. They also highlighted special deals and how to achieve them. Top team!

James has dealt with us from the start and has been very helpful in providing advice and offering solutions for the 'what if' scenarios when it came to moving our things into storage. Hands down the best storage company in Southampton. We required business storage and have been there for years whilst going from 50sq. ft. to 250 sq. ft. Apart from the facility having everything you need like space to grow, 24hr access, security, and collection services the staff are truly the best part of the centre. We cannot speak highly enough about Gareth, Annabel, and James. They have assisted us in every aspect of our storage space requirements and growth and are constantly going the extra mile. I really appreciated renting a storage locker here while I travelled home for the summer. Getting in and out is very smooth. It is very secure. I also love the after-hours option, and appreciate that there is a guard there guarding the facility at that time. Absolutely perfect + peace of mind.
