Easy to book and slightly tweak my initial booking. Driver arrived a little early which was comforting as he was taking me to the airport. A pleasant, comfortable ride and an overall good experience.

Most excellent. We live in Somerset and needed to get to Southampton for a ferry (Fred Olsen’s car parking is a nightmare…) so I wanted a firm local to Southampton. Booking was easy on line, email confirmation followed. The driver arrived 15 minutes early on pick-up which is always reassuring and was happy to wait. Good clean vehicle, the driver was helpful and polite (loading cases and also putting a mobility scooter in. I had listed in comments we were taking one) Arrived as planned, collection was also just as booked. If you use the phone the call it is landline direct to the company not mobile. Will be very happy to use again.

Absolutely delighted with the service! I booked months in advance of my trip to Stansted, everything went smoothly, arrived exactly on time. Very friendly driver, chatted all the way up which made for a pleasant nearly 3 hour trip. Already got a quote in place for next year. I wouldn't go with any other firm now. Thank you!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Helpful when I made an enquiry, the website was easy to use when I booked. And when I called to make an amendment before the journey the staff were helpful and reassuring. We asked to set off early on the day of the journey and they did all they could to accommodate. The driver was also excellent and took my elderly parents home safely and comfortably. Would thoroughly recommend this taxi company.

We used Aero Taxis from Southampton to Bournemouth Airport and return. The taxi was spotlessly clean and driver was very polite and helpful. Very punctual. Let us use our own car seats and stored them for our return journey. Could not fault service. Would definitely recommend and use again.
