Cab My Ride

I would like to thank both Abdul and Mohammed for their exceptional service yesterday (9/10/23). Both friendly, had tidy cars and showed up on time. On the return journey others had ordered cabs from other providers before I did but Mohammed was faster than them all (6-7 minutes after calling!). Exceptional. Strongly recommend using CabMyRide over those 'other' apps. Thank you guys!

I was pretty tense when my taxi arrived because he had been caught in traffic (obviously not his fault) and it was a tight run to get to my coach in time. But I just made it. I liked the way they called me to update me on the delay and when I anxiously called back, they were very reassuring. I would use them again

Poor pick. Had email to say cancelled as we weren’t in port terminal. Rang to say we still waiting and another was sent straight away…… suggestion from me would be Carry a piece of paper we it’s passengers name on it. Would’ve given 5* but for this as the pick up to the port was fine going.

Driver was very prompt and was so friendly and helpful. His vehicle was immaculate. On the way home, my daughter lost her EarPod in the car somewhere..the driver found this when he had his vehicle valeted a week later and dropped back to me. Very trustworthy. Would definitely use again. Thank you
