Brilliant wheelchair taxi service. atul is such a lovely man, i was so nervous on my early trips independently, his humour and great customer service has given me confidence to get out more, love my weekly trips.

I knew as soon as i started using freedom cabs, that this was a man who always went above and beyond other companies that i have used in the past. atul is incredibly reliable, punctual, accommodating, and he has a great sense of humour. atul is always flexible when there has been a sudden schedule change and is also a good communicator. if you like dad jokes, then atul is the driver for you, and even if you don’t, i’m sure his sense of humour will grow on you, lol! - written on behalf of maria doswell

Great price. very friendly and helpful. this was a wheelchair accessible taxi. nothing was a problem. helped with directions to the taxi after road closures. would use again in the future. atul is great and very chatty which made the journey seem quicker. top taxi service!

I use this wheelchair taxi monday to friday and i can’t fault the service! always on time or early, always chatty and in a good mood. always goes above and beyond to accommodate any needs no matter how big or small! i never have to stress about getting where i need to go because he is extremely reliable and always puts you at ease. when he says he will be there, he will be there.. he has never let me down in the 5 years i’ve used him! honestly can’t thank him enough for always putting the client first even if it means he has to work extra hours! would highly recommend to anybody!!

Absolutely fantastic. found freedom by chance. very friendly, attentive and reassuring. disability aware. brilliant vehicle able to take 1 large power chair and 3 passengers. always willing to help and flexible when they can be. reasonable prices and quotes. i’m really pleased to have found freedom cabs, have literally made my life so much better.
