I recently had HRG to take down and mange some trees. What really impressed me above the great job they did (extremely neat and tidy) was how efficient and customer friendly staff were. A great reflection on the culture of the business. Highly Recommend

I can’t recommend this company enough! The team at HRG are outstanding. They were the 3rd tree surgery company I contacted to give me a quote to remove a large ash tree in my back garden that had started to uproot in the high winds and was leaning over my garage and house. The first 2 company’s I contacted that came to look at the tree were very disappointing the first simply said they couldn’t do the task and the second was so expensive I had to seek a 3rd quote as I just couldn’t believe the price to complete the work. If I could go back now I would have picked HRG from the very start. From the initial phone call to the site visit and then the team turning up and carrying out the work I received nothing less than complete outstanding professionalism. The team were fantastic, very friendly, polite and professional. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and in a very safe and controlled manner. With no damage to the property and at a price point that was very reasonable and affordable. I was even more impressed with how well the team cleaned up after themselves, even with all the cutting done in the garden and the saw dust that was everywhere!!!!! They still left it in a better tidier condition than they found it. HRG provided a professional quality service at an affordable price while still obeying strict social distancing and COVID 19 guidelines. If your looking for arboriculture advice or tree surgery work to be undertaken then look no further.

The team at HRG provide an efficient and excellent service which I highly recommend. They trimmed some very overgrown hedges in my garden and reshaped them beautifully, they even took care of the cuttings and cleared everything up so I didn't have to worry about trying to get rid of all of the garden waste. Very polite and friendly whilst ensuring that everyone remained safe by wearing face masks and distancing appropriately.

On the initial survey they gave knowledgeable advice about how to cut the trees and were flexible on day about cutting additional branches. However, would not use them again because I don't think they took sufficient care as they broke one of our pots on the day (which I was compensated for) but I later I also discovered a broken paving slab.
