Kirsty has been amazing! she has provided exceptional customer service and kept us informed of progress throughout the upholstery of our beloved parker knoll chair. our chair is completely transformed to an excellent standard. we couldn’t be happier. kirsty’s ethos is customer satisfaction and you can tell she loves what she does and values customer input from start to finish. you won’t be disappointed which is why i would highly recommend monteith brown to anyone looking to reupholster that ‘special’ piece of furniture.
