Vets Now Southampton

The wonderful staff here literally saved my dogs life! We had a nightmare day going to three different vets and eventually being sent from Vets now Salisbury to the Southampton branch. Once we arrived at Southampton in the early hours the vet operated quickly and a week later my dog is more or less back to full health.

I was really impressed with the support and care shown to my pet and myself during an emergency visit to Vets Now. The staff were amazing and when they were short on medication for my dog they taxied some to my home from another practice . Thank you Vets Now for your kindness and patience!

Was referred to the out of hours team at Vets Now on Saturday by our usual vet. Our 15 year old cat Blake had been battling hyperthyroidism for 18 months and had taken a sudden turn for the worse. The Vets Now team were fantastic. The vet read his medical history, talked through all the symptoms, reviewed his condition and discussed the options. Sadly each option likely had worse consequences for the little furry fella and we knew his time had come. Everything was explained to us and we were talked through the process of putting an animal to sleep. Blake was prepped and we were with him as he very peacefully passed away. He was treated with such respect and dignity in his final moments. Saturday was a very sad day but the team's clear communication and compassion made such a horrific experience as peaceful as it could be. Thank you.

Very professional and friendly. I was happy to leave my cat and know he was in safe hands having not used their services before. Very helpful receptionist supporting me with the insurance claim. The vet was calm, caring and experienced ( you can tell) which meant my cat felt comfortable with her.

The staff at this place are amazing, I had to take my 15 year old dog here as she was really poorly and the 2 ladies that I met on that day were amazing with me and my dog . Roxy sadly had to be put to sleep , but the care and comparison I was given was again amazing. Sorry I don't remember the names of the veterinary and receptionist but I thank you both .Roxy mummy x
