I have been practicing yoga with meeta for about 15 years and she is simply the best! i do classes and one to one practice. meeta is always, challenging, fun and fresh. she is able to cater for all needs and abilities and give individual attention to everyone. i cannot imagine my life without meeta and her unique brand of yoga.
I’ve been going to meeta’s classes for several years now. i really appreciate the loyal community that’s grown around her classes, and yes - meeta’s teaching in the classes themselves is excellent. so many different styles to choose from depending on what you need from a yoga class, and super welcoming to beginners with room to grow as you gain more flexibility and strength. personal favourites have been hot and yin yoga.
Meeta is an excellent yoga teacher who makes everyone feel very welcome to her classes . i have been to yoga schools in many places in england and retreats around the world and would say meeta features as one of the best teachers i have had. her classes have a good mix of strength , flexibility , breath work and meditation. the hot yoga is my favourite and never fails to be different and learning something new. you will be welcomed at any class and feel one of the group from the first step . this is a real authentic yoga experience with a great bunch of people . enjoy
Meeta is such a special teacher. i discovered her over 10 years ago and she did change my approach to exercise. classes are always so different which keeps things fresh. on top of the physical side of keeping you toned, flexible and strong, she is a spiritual person. i describe her as the "real deal" in the world of yoga. she tailors yoga to suit the individual and always shows options when something may be beyond you at that moment.
The best yoga classes i've ever found – i can't go anywhere else! meeta is amazing and has a wonderful meditative/soothing flow which makes the hour go past so quickly, but pushes you just enough so that you leave feeling great. importantly, this flow puts a focus on breath control, which is easy to forget about, but with meeta, it becomes an automatic process and means that any stress of the day melts away after a class as it doubles up as meditation.
