The class was excellent, i felt challenged in my practise in a calm, welcoming and supportive space, and came away feeling relaxed and at peace. definitely would recommend!
Really enjoyed my first class- set at a good pace and emilie was a great teacher
Emillie is an excellent instructor, she has a very calm voice and takes time to talk you through each move at your own pace. if anyone is struggling with the movement she spots this and comes to give a hand. would definitely recommend :)

I'm so glad they do yoga classes here now. emilie is a fantastic instructor who provides brilliant classes that are both varied and set at the right pace. the pricing is fair and the room always has a nice ambiance with calming music and nice smells. my favourite yoga class so far! thanks stuart
