Shipan clearly runs a super-professional business in southend. i have many small it needs and have used most of the shops/stalls in southend offering a similar service to shipan. he is the only one who has provided a satisfactory service. it has been more than satisfactory actually. good service has taken a nosedive in the uk over this past few years and this man seems to be on a crusade to restore it. we wish him well, thank him and support him.
