Have been to a few functions, parties etc at strictly smartz and it’s a great venue in a great position in leigh. love the lighting effects they use which add to the atmosphere, and glitzy decor. owner and staff very friendly and obliging and good little bar. we’ll worth checking out when booking for an event space.
