Depends on what time you going, after 10 pm is quiet. And plenty of equipments for use. Very nice and clean atmosphere.

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment. Dumbbells to 50kg frequently tidied by staff for easy use :-) Showers cleaned regularly. Plenty of free parking, shame no bike sheds/covers …

My gym! I absolutely live every minute I spend there. Great space, great ventilation system. Very affordable and they have all equipment needed. You do have to come with your own band loops and skipping rope.
