Helping Hands Home Care Southend on Sea

Helping Hands Southend has been caring for my Mum for ~6 months now as she has Mixed Dementia. Mum desperately wants to stay in her own home, and Helping Hands have made this possible. Janet Payne is particularly good at communicating with the family, and sorting out problems/changes to the care as and when they arise.

I am proud to be a part of the team of carers from this branch. Everyone is very supportive and I love to visit all my lovely customers on my rounds. The office staff make you feel welcome from the very start of your career and make sure everyone is looked after in all aspects. Would highly recommend.
