I would give more than 5 stars if i could. al is so thorough and really does have a great depth of knowledge and techniques. not only is al great at helping relieve pain & symptoms, he is very eager and encouraging in creating plans and routines to stop future injuries and problems.
I cannot thank alistair enough. i first went to him struggling to raise my arm, along with a hamstring injury. alistair has fixed both issues! he took the time to listen and answer any questions i had. he is extremely knowledgeable. i would recommend alistair to anyone who like myself suffered sports injuries.
Great service as always. al and his team always give quality treatment and back it up with the information and knowledge you need, enabling me to take injury specific exercises away and carry them on at home. highly recommended thanks again chris norris
