Love this ornate, old, beautiful public garden. There’s a lot to see, and varied scenery. The old, quaint sheltered seating areas are beautiful. Even on a grey Winter’s Day, it’s a welcome sight. Shame the Council haven’t done anything with the building at the SW of the gardens, but…

Beautiful place with lots to see and do a nice place to exercise or just a leisurely walk with a lake arcade and gift shop and a land train to take you around

Beautiful garden and lake, live outdoor music and a pint, a speedboat, motor boats, lovely atmosphere and pleasure land. What a brilliant day out.
