Victoria leisure has good facilities with a good range of classes. i came to a fantastic zumba class on saturday and got a high energy hiit work out on sunday by booking by phone on a payg basis. there's a small cafe area as well.
Rejoined the gym and had a thorough induction based on my specific needs. the instructor was polite friendly and professional. she answered all my questions and asked me at each stage of the induction activities how i was feeling. i thought that this was a nice touch. thankyou
