Last month, I was hit from the back but as I have Free Legal Cover, they diverted to me to United Legal Assistance, who handled the claim efficiently and managed to get the full damage cost to my car refunded in full with 4-5 weeks. Excellent and professional service.

Really great company, I had United legal deal with my none fault car accident and I've never had such an easy going claim in my life. The staff are super friendly and they held my hand from start to finish as I'd never claimed before. Highly recommend!
