Rick is brilliant. He scratches where it itches!, or should I say pulls, pushes, pummells where you want to feel the pain being attacked! If you need to be kneaded then Richard/Rick is the man to do it. Excellent. He sends you away with gentle excercises to help you. I'm going back for more. Thanks Rick.
