Organised and clean but the elderly woman in front of me was clearly struggling and 4 on-site staff complete ignored her and carried on with their f-bomb conversations.

Went yesterday to drop off old bedroom furniture..a lovely young man who worked there offered to help me..he was polite and friendly and put everything in the bay for me…can’t thank him enough..shame I didn’t get his name but a credit to this company…can’t praise him enough

Clean, organised and have seen staff helping elderly residents with their bulky items. Friendly helpful and approachable staff. Would recommend.
