Excellent level of goods & customer service. Hotter Could do with more footwear suitable for those with mobility & foot problems. Helpful, attentive & patient staff.

Their shoes are really good quality and all made in the North West, Skelmersdale to be precise! I think we should all support the local economy instead of buying stuff made in the far east.

Went in today just to see what was available as I've got very wide fitting feet was assisted by Hayley who was very helpful by measuring and showing me different styles that would suit me. Ended up buying 3 pairs of comfy shoes. I would like to thank Hayley for her care and attention she's a credit to Hotters.
