Went to Trek shop in St Alban's on 17.11.23. I was helped by Stuart the manager. He was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable about the electric bike situation. Additionally he provided a safe area for my 6 year old granddaughter to draw, whilst we talked bikes. Well done Trek. Johny Conway

A fantastic bike shop with the best service I've ever experienced. They fixed up my bike for an affordable price and went above and beyond by allowing me to borrow a spare wheel and even price matched some new tires for me. I couldn't be more happy and will definitely be returning.
