Took my tablet to them as was not working. customer service was excellent everything explained in plain english. tablet fixed and fully working within one day!
One word - amazing. my hard drive failed, so i took it to them straight away, they kept me updated very frequently, and after a couple days, they recovered averting and added the parts i needed. all done with in 2 days.
