Came across Carmens van in St Albans today. One of the best Caribbean’s I’ve had! The jerk was amazing. Will be back soon!

My favourite jerk chicken ever! I go to St Albans market every week just to go to Carmen! She is lovely! Always happy and always great fresh food! 10/10
