The morning HIIT classes are great value in comparison with alternative outdoor bootcamps, and I have enjoyed going for over a year now. Staff and other gym goers are approachable and easy-going. I can always get a space in classes. Great gym, thanks guys

Pretty well equipped gym, pretty well maintained and clean kit. Friendly helpful staff, good value membership, relaxed atmosphere for all standards of gym goers, of all shapes, sizes and sexes.
