So grateful to Laura for the mum yoga and baby massage. It was the first class we did post baby and we look forward to it every week. It’s a warm community and the class has such a grounding effect.

Absolutely fabulous yoga sessions. Laura has led me through two pregnancies and mother and baby yoga sessions and I have genuinely loved every one. She is a much needed tonic to pregnancy and post birth ailments.

wonderful instructors, very welcoming and inclusive, I am so glad I went to Laura's postnatal yoga classes - such a positive experience for myself and my little one. A great opportunity to meet other mum's in the area too.
